With the three-year agreement signed at the end of 2014, one of the largest Italian companies (we are currently not allowed to reveal the name) commissioned Sea Marconi the check the state of health of its strategic transformers.
In this case, Sea Marconi has already started providing transformer oil sampling services, subsequent laboratory analysis and the exclusive diagnostic engineering service (identification and classification of critical factors and related countermeasures).
In the event of problems, again under the agreement, Sea Marconi will also perform integrated treatments oil and transformers to restore normal operating conditions.
Sea Marconi won the contract thanks to the implementation of best available techniques (BAT/BEP) and the experience gained in the same field outside Italy, especially in France and Spain.

Sea Marconi is the supplier for the main "energy-hungry" industries at international level, that is, those companies that require large amounts of energy for their business, such as in the metallurgical, oil, food and automotive sectors. The other major categories of Sea Marconi customers are those companies that make energy their core business, thus those who produce, transmit and distribute it.
All these businesses are united by the need to manage large amounts of energy, and then, for various purposes, have to transform it. Hence the need for electrical transformers, equipment which is fundamental, strategic and potentially dangerous if not properly monitored. That is why the maintenance of transformers and the oils they contain is a matter for international standards, laws and guidelines.
In compliance with technical regulations, Sea Marconi is concerned with supporting the owners of oil bath electrical transformers in the complex and delicate management of their life cycle, from purchase and choice of oil to decommissining and disposal.
