Training in insulating oil sampling according to IEC 60475 ed.2 – 2011

Sampling requires a fair amount of diligence; poorly performed sampling may, in fact, affect the analytical result, the final diagnosis, and therefore the scheduled maintenance strategies for that machine. For this reason, sampling activity is regulated by a sector standard (IEC 60475 ed.2 – 2011) which, in addition to the actual sampling phase, also prescribes the devices for carrying out the activity, the amount of oil needed, methods of transport, storage and labelling of the sample itself.

Course participants will benefit from the experience of Sea Marconi, which performs this activity for customers around the world on a daily basis. This means, of course, that Sea Marconi trainers have trained dozens of technicians in oil sampling, but they have also developed specific operating procedures and special sampling kits capable of ensuring sample storage according to standard requirements.
